Susan Faulkner-O’Neal is a Fourth Generation native of Bradford County, Florida, Susan graduated from Bradford High School and  has worked for 40+ years in the North Florida area with the family business, Faulkner Realty, Inc., eventually becoming owner and operator. During this time, she became a Graduate of the Realtors Institute, studied in the National Association of Realtors Certified Commercial Investment Program, and earned the Certified Residential Broker Designation. Susan was elected to several offices of the Bradford-Union County Board of Realtors, including Secretary, Vice President and President. She also served on various Florida Association of Realtor Committees, and is a Lifetime member of the Florida Realtors Political Action Committee.
